workshop wanted land wanted for sams sauna, magic hat, eco/alt tech, buy or rent
We would like a piece of forestry to weigh of our co2 emissions from our vehicles and allow further planting/ eco work and /or a workshop storeroom. Anywhere in UK with reasonable access to motorways
We've got a small house and workshop which has long since been outgrown. What we need is a workshop about 7m by 15m with a high roof and door on a bit of land with at a minimum enough room for a couple of shipping containers as storage space and room to park our camper while we work. We have about £60,000 ( plus about same tied up in house) to buy somewhere but don't seem to be able to find anything we can afford. We know a few other people with some money and hope to be able to cooperate with them in buying something. If u r interested drop us an email.
We are also trying to find an established eco/ healing/ permaculture/ alt tech community who would like us and our energy/ finance to join them. If u know any groups get in touch with them or us.
I already have a good set of tools including screw cutting lathe, mig welder, saw table, band saw, generator and lots of hand power tools but if I can find a bigger w/shop I'll be able to get more and bigger tools and the tinkerman will be able to get on with the next projects.
